Short version: we only collect what you send us through the forms on this site, and we use it to reply to you.
What we collect
This website collects information only when you choose to send it to us. That means the details you enter into the contact form (name, company, email, phone and your message) or the SME Growth Programme registration form (name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, business stage, your stated challenge and goals, and how you heard about the programme).
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, to confirm and administer your place on a programme, and to send you information directly related to the request you made.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver our email and store our records on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and registrations are retained for as long as we need them to serve the request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this notice will be updated to say what is measured and how to opt out.
